Responsibilities
1.Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
2.Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
3.Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
4.Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
5.Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
6.Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
7.Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
8.Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
9.Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
10.Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the item will add value to their lives and meet their needs

Responsibilities
1.Utilize various tracing techniques and strategies to collect personal information of customers with outstanding debts
2.Contact customers with balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules
3.Minimize objections for payment and suggest available customer-friendly payment options
4.Accept payments over the phone via credit or bank card
5.Negotiate extended payment plans and the best course of action for customers seeking to avoid further debts
6.Use software to keep detailed notes regarding conversations with customers and outcomes
7.Offer clients several payment options and arrange for the prompt repayment of balances
8.Communicate with management and other team members about methods and strategies to ensure a positive rate of customers agreeing to repay their debts
9.Assists in training new collections staff, may assist in supervising and distributing work during peak periods.
10.May initiate legal proceedings on delinquent accounts and serve as the primary liaison regarding accounts in suit.
11.May compile and evaluate monthly statistics concerning the number of accounts in collection, the amounts collected, and the amounts that remain to be collected and coordinates and compiles monthly departmental summaries for review by management.
12.Performs related job duties as required

Responsibilities
